Nutty chocolate smoothie


What could be better than a little chocolate smoothie? With delicious nut and seed butter, ground flaxseed, and ofcourse topped off with “sprinkles”, like my son calls them (hemp hearts), you’re getting a little chocolate lots with a little dose of protein and lots of antioxidants.

Ingredients

1 cup of milk (3/4 cup instead if you want a thicker smoothie)

1 banana

1 tbsp of cocoa powder

1 tbsp of Nuts for Nature Nut and Seed butter

1 tsp of ground flaxseed

1 tsp pure maple syrup

Directions Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender and it's ready to serve. It's that simple.
