Apple cinnamon smoothie

Fall is definitely my favorite season. And some of the best produce are in season – apples, cranberries, and ofcourse pumpkins. I may be a little early since fall is still several weeks away, but who says we need to play by the rules? This apple cinnamon smoothie reminds me of fall, with hints of cinnamon and sweet apples, with a smooth texture, a little wonder, and a whole lot of comfort.
Ingredients
3/4 cup of milk
1/2 cup of greek yogurt
1 1/2 apples, peeed and cut up
1/8-1/4 tsp of cinnamon
Directions
Blend all ingredients, serve in a glass and drink on a cool day
