Chocolate Raspberry Overnight Oats
Chocolate and raspberries just work together. And overnight oats are super portable and full of awesome nutrients, especially when you pack them with chia seeds, ground flax seed and other super seeds and grains that fuel the body.
Chocolate banana overnight oats
1 large mashed up banana
1 1/2 cups of Almond Breeze Coconut-Almond milk
1 cup of rolled oats
1/4 cup of chia seeds
2 tbsp of cocoa
1/2 of a cup of fresh raspberries, plus a few more for garnish
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and pour into individual mason jars. Refrigerate overnight and grab it the next morning on your way out the door. Be creative and add in other ingredients or swap the raspberries for another combination like bananas, strawberries, a bit of nut butter thrown in the mixture.
